Oh! Mr. Riley, our Hoosier poet, we are so proud of you,
And your funny little poems are so very, very true.
In all your little poems there is something to teach us, day by day,
That this world is not made up of only fun and play,
So we'll read another poem and learn something good to do,
And for all this fun and pleasure we have no one to thank but you.
